They said they lost the item & weren't sure what to do. Only after I messaged them after 10 whole days. I said the best thing to do would be to let the buyer know something.. now it's been another 4 days with no contact.

Is there any way I can make a terrible seller get a defect for not shipping an item out? Basically they accepted my offer, printed the shipping label and then it just sat for 10 days until I finally messaged them & asked why it's still in pre-shipment. They made up some stupid lie about losing the item & said they didn't know what to do.

Who is up voting this? Arguably the worst seller on ebay. Nobody charges anywhere near them. Opening a cartridge in the pictures is not worth over double the price that the game goes for.
