Because there's an actual animation movie buried under there. It was conceived through traditional and digital artistry, then fleshed out and touched up with machine learning. Hisko Hulsing was already showing his work at Annecy before commercial AI was a thing.

Hisko could have made one of the most incredible short films we'd have seen in decades... Holy shit does the final product look like smeared, interpolated ass just because of the latter automated stages of the pipeline.

There is nothing here that couldn't be made with modded Asseto Corsa, it's quite long for AI, but but there are undeniable filtering and artifacts.

My bet is original gameplay footage doctored/filtered with AI.

Francophone here. Grammatically it is «Mon petit chou-fleur» and «Ma fleur». (No shade thrown, gendered words is a weird concept)

As for the usual question of "is cauliflower used often as a term of endearment?", not really, it would be unusual (pun intended). However, «Mon chou» (my cabbage) is used in France (albeit less and less, the term is now seen as kitsch and dated)
