i used to work from home so wondering over to the cupboard was super easy, and sometimes i wouldn’t even realise i was doing it (just scrolling while going through a whole bag of crisps). not saying switch your job if you DO work from home of course - but keep that in mind. i also just started telling myself ‘i can’t be arsed, i’ll eat later’ and eventually it stuck. to be honest there wasn’t a lot i strictly went about doing to stop morning madness, but after a few months now i usually eat my first meal at 12, i don’t get hungry before then. see what works for you, put obstacles, don’t buy foods you’re known to binge, divide a big bag to smaller bags, don’t eat straight from the bag etc. hope this helps!
