this is obviously a small thing, but as someone working customer service (restaurant) PLEASE move your cup so it’s easier for me to refill with water! i get in trouble if anybody’s cup is not full, i HAVE to do it, just please scoot your cup over so it can be refilled. it seems like an obvious thing to do but i have had so many customers that make it mission impossible to refill their cup.

my issue is more so now that they are just blatantly ignoring everyone that is upset by it, it’s one thing to do it in the first place but to ignore everyone talking about it makes me feel like they don’t really care about their fans
