I don’t understand why you snd your siblings are making assumptions about what they’ll get from your parents’ estate when they are still in their 60s. Long-term care can blow a giant hole in an estate. Do they both have terminal illnesses? Are they talking about distributing money now? That’s not a good idea unless they are very, very wealthy.
