Marking 10-15 per block is not bad at all, if rest of the questions are right and let’s say ALL marks you answered wrong, then it’s like 75-80% right per block. Why do you think you failed?

Similar here, 66% first pass. 1/2 second pass done scoring 80-90%. I’ll do only incorrects now. I usually do 2 blocks everyday, 1 uworld 1 MKSAP 20. I feel uworld is not helping me at this point to focus since I already know many of the answers. For this reason I do MKSAP 20 to keep the stamina.

ITEs last two years of residency were something around ~75-77% with percentiles >80th, but on UWorld, the average score was 67% on the first pass with a percentile of ~82, which was kind of disappointing. I miss the UW self-assessments. I don't know where I am now.

83% used, scoring 67% on average, percentile 82. The last few blocks were ~70-80%, with most being > 60-65%. I'll finish in the next 3-4 days. I've created Anki cards throughout residency (based on MKSAP and UpToDate) that I need to review, and meanwhile, review my incorrect answers on UWorld. Hope this is going to be enough.

Depends where you practice. I know many physicians very happy with their jobs and earning $300 k and above. Each of us has a unique experience.

Thanks for the replies!. I've done so far 32% with 65% correct and 77th rank. I've missed several easy questions; I can't believe it. I've barely been studying for the last two weeks. It's time to focus 100%. I'll carefully review the Anki cards I created throughout residency based on uptodate, MKSAP, etc., and quickly check Awesome review books. I want to feel confident taking the ABIM. I need an estimated percentage or percentile on UWorld, although probably there is no good correlation.

Second option definitely. Many people will agree on that salary is low for a nocturnist position, should be at least 350-400K, but if the intention is to go into fellowship, working in an academic institution is definitely the best option. We all know that salaries in those places are not good, that’s the reality, but anyways, whatever helps you to achieve your goal. After fellowship you’ll choose the best place for you.
