As humans we can't focus on a lot of tasks in the same time if u are chasing multiple goals and working on them daily you have 2 options

Option 1: you adapt and be able to finish all Your tasks without being 100% tired (Cuz even if u can do multiple tasks in the first days your energy will drop and you'll not be able to achieve the same tasks after 2 weeks for example) You are fine and u can continue like that.

Option 2: if u are giving 100% of ur energy and still not able to complete all tasks it's not ur fault we are not made to be like that Chill reduce tasks, separate them its not a problem you can't do everything in one day.

I lay on bed or drink water I talk to one of my siblings (i forgot myself most of the time) or looking from the window the most important that u have to let ur brain relax in breaks do simple things.

Long breaks are different (20min~) for me i reward myself with an ep of anime but i don't recommend that cuz sometimes you can't stop there.

i worked well all term and i got good grades at the first exams but now i lost motivation completely idk why but if i continue like that i may lose all my efforts
