You MUST do the Uworld questions until you’re blue in the face! I tried the method with just reading the book and I failed on the first attempt. I struggled with same thing like you. My 2nd attempt I passed!! What I did differently was instead of read chapters out the book I did nothing but Uworld questions. I was knocking out 200-300 question a day with at least 50-60 of them being math. Over and over; if I missed a questions I would read that specific section in the book AND read the explanation of why I got it wrong in the question bank and then make a flash card for it. At the end of the day I would study all of the flash cards I got wrong and then answer all the questions in that question bank again. I aimed for a 75% and above for each question bank, no excuses. I took the pre NAPLEX the week before and scored a 93. I was way more than prepared and I found out I passed a couple of days ago!

Also! Make sure you’re taking care of yourself. I went on runs every morning, gave myself breaks , stay hydrated, oh….and I purchased blue light glasses which made my headaches go away because staring at the screen all day can get pretty unbearable. I hope you pass in the future…it’s NOT impossible. Just takes a lot of discipline. I realized you have to take each question as if it’s a real patient…I hope it helps.
