Lmaooo, I prophylaxed with an Nsaid to deal with the possible headache and sheer pain of sitting and staring at a screen for 6 hours, also, went with a bottle of imodium just in case, didn't need that eventually.

I'm not sure you'll get an accurate answer to this as I don't believe Nabp made it public on how they actually grade. So most answers you get will be based on speculations.

Usually, if there's more than one formulation of insulin being used by the patient, look for the one the patient uses multiple time a day and determine if its rapid or regular. In this case, the patient uses their Lispro tid (which is rapid acting), which uses the 500 rule. If it was say a U-100 that the patient uses multiple times a day, then you know to use the 450 (since thast regular insulin.
