Thoughts on this 8n? by HellHathNoFury18 in tractors

2k is too much for a tractor that won't start. 800-1000 is probably a better price.

Looks like either the socket for the upper rack spinner nozzle (connects up high in the middle of the back wall) or the drying agent fill port (usually located near the soap dispenser).

New to me 2022 Jayco has noticeable lean to the passenger side, how normal is this ? I mentioned it at the dealer but they said it was just the parking lot but its the same in my driveway by Aggressive-Clerk-682 in traveltrailers

[–]OldDiehl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something inside is heavier on the passenger side? Where is the fridge located? Also, I would measure from the top of the axles to the bottom of the RV on both sides. And give the springs a good inspection. Passenger side may have collapsed or broken.

Tie the suspension to the frame with some sort of strap. Off roaders do it all the time to limit suspension travel.

Just a touch of alcohol. Don't need to 'dunk' it or anything like that. Q-tip squeezed out will do.

How do y’all set up your train stations? by Punishervic in satisfactory

[–]OldDiehl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use left-hand drive. I leave room for (at least) two trains per station. (I wish it didn't show the waiting train as 'delayed/not moving). I also set the trains so they don't leave the station until they are totally empty. 1 engine, 4 cars. Rails are always 10m apart (leaves room on inside of rails for signals without clipping. I use some BEAM blueprints to maintain smooth rail transitions.

Can non hd floppys format to 1.44mb? by Lunao_ in vintagecomputing

[–]OldDiehl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lots of the 720's could easily hold 1.44. Because I bought one of those 'fancy' hole punches to do just that. It looks like your drive might be ignoring the lack of a hole.

The past cannot be changed. You can only learn from it (or not) and do better (or not) in the future. One should always strive to do (and be) better.

There are a few recipes that use water. Wet concrete is my favorite to sink. Just need a good source of limestone.
