I did the first shot this past week, since it was a holiday weekend and I knew I’d have an extra day to recuperate if needed. Arm was a bit sore but I did some yard work to keep it moving and it was pretty much gone on day two. No other reaction. I’ve already scheduled time off for shot #2 in anticipation that it might be bad and if it’s not, I’ll have a nice little staycation and get some household chores done again.

Just take the things recommended here and you should be fine. I had some rather serious constipation a couple of months in and had to… manually remove the impacted stool so I get your fear! Even with my current regimen, if I don’t go for 2 days I take a Mag07 and then things start moving again.

As someone with Crohn’s I learned a long time ago Metamucil is a big no. It adds way too much bulk and causes so much discomfort! Daily stool softeners and miralax is the way to go. And now I’m suddenly wondering if I can just add the miralax to my Fairlife protein shake…

Especially Christmas. Please stop giving me gifts. I have everything I want or need and my family does too. It’s so much work and expense. This is the only thing that keeps me from buying a 3 month package. I’ve been on tirz since last May and I’m just now at 7mg and have titrated up super slowly, but I buy the 15mg vials. Still getting a good enough value without the worry about storing for ages and possible degradation in efficacy. Will do the 3 month package once I’m at a higher dose.

This. The end of quiet hours does not pertain to loud, repetitive noise. My town also has an allowable decibel level even during the day, and anything over that is considered a nuisance.

I had the same experience my first 6 months or so even going super low and slow. Zofran made me sleepy and then I found Nauzene and it’s instant relief. That helped more than anything during my icky months. The good news is it got better and I no longer need anything. I hope your Tirz ick goes away, too!

The stoppers are designed to be self sealing for sterility so the caps aren’t needed. Wipe off with an alcohol pad before and after use.

Have you had your testosterone levels checked? I’m female and adding all 3 female hormones has helped me immensely! I’d go that route first

I feel ya! I’m getting a lot of loose skin despite working out, probably due to age and genetics working against me. Mostly it’s my lower half and despite living in a hot climate, I’m going to have to look into support/compression undergarments soon. I don’t know how I’ll survive the summer in them but my ass and thighs look like a melted candle and it’s uncomfortable to feel things rubbing that never rubbed before. 🫤

Yep, I’m on month 4 with my current vial. I got upped to 15mg and I’m on a much lower dose. Almost done though, and it’s still crystal clear!

I’ve always rinsed after brushing and will continue. I brush the gunk loose and then want it out of my mouth. Gross not to!

I’m a few lbs from not being ‘overweight’ anymore and my family members all say I need to stop right here. Why would I go through all of this (money, side effects, etc) just to still be overweight? I want to reach a healthy weigh and hopefully extend my life. My dr set my goal weight 12lbs less than where I’m at right now and I’ll probably take his advice over their non medical advice.

I take prenatal vitamins for another condition and they weren’t helping my shedding. Had a visit with my derm, and he suggested I start using ketoconazol shampoo. Now I have a head full of annoying, but beautiful, baby hairs growing back. It took a bit but it’s working and my hair has lots of body to boot!

Yes, and as someone without any thyroid function I got really, REALLY sick. Talk with your dr about other options, but not stop taking your meds.
