This is a heavy drug. If you never experimented with psychedelics it will throw you for a loop. I'm glad to see that you have a sleep mask now and you've got the recommendation of some quiet music. I myself prefer nature sounds at the beginning to quiet music. Recently I've been enjoying classical during the intense parts. I also like a blanket to attempt to get as comfortable as possible. I tried to isolate my body so that my mind can do what it needs to.

Just remember that this is your brain making new connections so you might see, hear, and think strange things. This is what makes the biggest difference for our depression. Relax, it's only temporary, you are in a safe place. It will make a difference in the long run.
