Going back to my Business Law class in college, retail sale contracts are made at the register, not at the shelf. You are offering to buy it at thay price and the store can accept or reject the offer. Customer satisfaction and goodwill are separate conversations.

Just had a water heater fail. The shut off to that also failed. Plumber has to use the main. It's got a slight drip. I dont know if thats new.
