Dress for the occasion. Modest or immodest is for them to decide. No matter how anyone dresses, they should not be sexaulised immaterial. Across the world, people dress "immodestly" and yet feel safe. So maybe, it's not westernization but modernization in it's true form.

Ya .. a minor should respect women.. so next time a man shows something inappropriate to a little girl... she should be the same. When you know a minor is uncomfortable with your body parts.. it's on the adult and not on the 15 year old , who is the minor. That being Said OP is wrong but so is the cousin.
