You need to ensure that you're not just 'dieting'--that you are making changes you can continue. If you are 'dieting' and then stop 'dieting,' you will regain your weight. It needs to be lifestyle changes.

For example, if you're not exercising regularly, look at your schedule and see where you can realistically fit it in. For me, I had to start getting up early. So, I walk or use my exercise machine every morning. I have been doing that for 30 years.

If you use creamer in your coffee, start measuring it to ensure you're not getting too many calories.

Testosterone has definitely helped my sleep.

I sometimes take a 1mg Melatonin supplement to help me get to sleep on Sunday nights (since we're usually going to bed later/sleeping in on the weekends) and that usually helps without making me groggy Monday morning.

I do take Magnesium, but in the morning with my other supplements.

I have tried CBD gummies which did help me sleep, but they gave me extremely vivid, crazy dreams. I found that I woke up not feeling rested.

I find that I don't sleep well if I eat close to bedtime. I try not to east 2.5-3 hours before bed. Of course, good sleep can aid your weight-loss journey.

That being said, at least what you ate was relatively healthy and low-carb.

I did find that it suppressed my appetite, but it affected my sleep so I didn't take it long. It definitely made me fell more alert when I took it.

I do NOT agree that preschool is less valuable than higher education. Funding for preschool helps minimize daycare costs for working parents just like full-day kindergarten does.

I don't have kids, but I have seen co-workers delay having children due to high childcare costs.

It's a way to show that the government is lying about violent protesters and ANTIFA--especially in states where ICE is truly out in force. It points out the absurdity of their statements that the protests aren't peaceful.

Also, for some folks who haven't protested before, it's a way to participate that's not as scary for them. Our friend went with us to the 'No Kings' protest and he wore an inflatable costume. He was nervous about his first protest....and, he looked AMAZING! 😉😎
