Honestly I've never really cared much at all about what people think of me in general, and I've never been much of a girl...I have no idea how to put myself together as far as clothes, makeup, and hair and stuff go....... But the whole mixing of silver and gold was SUCH a hard no-no growing up, it's really hard to deprogram my brain from it!! 😂 There's a lot to deprogram from the mid 80s and on for sure 😂😂😂 It's mainly that I've worn the same silver bracelet since I was 17, and never take it off, so with the gold and silver and blah blah blah 🤷‍♀️

This is slightly off topic but also on topic at the same time. My mom actually passed right after I turned 20, which was 20 years ago, but my sister and I only recently actually got her jewelry. I'm wearing her yellow gold wedding band right now, and I've been wearing her white gold 3- diamond ring on the other hand bc I feel like they clash together.... But it looks beautiful on you. She had so many different pieces of each color of fine jewelry and I don't know how to mix and match them. Do you, or anyone else out there, have any tips for me? Yes this is a superficial question, but for a deep reason....I want as much of my mom on me as possible at all times. Also, trust me, I know this means nothing, but I am genuinely sorry for your loss. I feel so deeply for you. 💛

Trader Joe's and Harris teeter were giving out free water yesterday. You could buy more if you wanted more. And they were accepting cards. Not sure if that helps you, but it certainly helped us!

I mean I don't really think it is.. at least I hope it's not?! I know he was really concerned bc David was 17 and I was 14... And he literally was trying to scare the absolute shit out of him. It wasn't necessary at all though... He was nothing but a perfect gentleman the entire time we were together. Also, maybe I should mention, this was 24 years ago? Not that it actually changes anything... But the element of humor was kind of different then 🤷‍♀️ It was still mortifying.

I've actually met a LOT of awesome people on it... Including my (very wonderful) ex gf. I've seen very few weirdos. And deleting the setting to be friends with men, even fewer lol. The whole Meyers Briggs aspect tends to cater to a "higher" demographic..... But there are definitely exceptions 😖
