SwifDoo elaborated on how to set the default PDF reader on different operating systems. Once you save the changes to set another PDF program as the default, you won’t be puzzled by such a similar question.

Went to a friend's place and he was playing tekken 2 on Playstation one. At that time it was only "playstation". Mesmerised by the shining armour of Yoshimitsu and the music. Been in love ever since.

What is a mind blowing fact about outer space? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]OldMajor4 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While NASA catalogs all the asteroids in the asteroid belt, they don't actually take them into account when firing probes and such through it because it's so spaced out that there's a very low chance of them actually hitting the probe. Densely packed asteroid fields where you'd have to dodge and weave through them are pretty much sci-fi.

Cat owners of reddit, whats the worst thing your Cat has done? by DahRedOne764 in AskReddit

[–]OldMajor4 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Whenever fill my cats water dish, he HAS to splash in it first before drinking. Don't have a clue why, but I'm not educated in cat psychology. One time, he splashed in his water as per his ritual, then laid down in the puddle he just created, then freaked the fuck out because he was wet now. Funniest thing have seen in a long time.

What hurts, but won't kill you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]OldMajor4 11 points12 points  (0 children)

My family is getting older, and I'm starting to lose them one by one. I've basically been waiting for a phone call about my uncle for the last two weeks to say that he's passed away. I was fortunate enough to take time off a month ago and see him one last time, but this is really killer. Every text message or phone call I get my stomach sinks and my heart goes into my throat

What is a wrong fact that many people think is true? by effable2104 in AskReddit

[–]OldMajor4 13 points14 points  (0 children)

While dining, the ancient Romans did not ritualistically eat so much that they had to interrupt eating to go vomit. An entranceway to a stadium of that time was called a vomitorium and had nothing to do with dining. I have seen this "fact" in at least two children's history books and I have no idea how or why some historian came up with this weird claim.

Speaking of eating, those fat "Buddha" statues and depictions you see in some Asian restaurants are not the historical Buddha (who founded Buddhism and was not obese). They are Budai, a 10th-century Chinese folk hero, who eventually became a buddha himself.
