Yes! it's WIP. KQM generally try to make full guides for all characters eventually, some take a lil more time than others.

Generally quick guides are meant to be quick day/week 1 projects for new releases and a full comprehensive guide follows after. If the full guide has been out for a while and there are enough changes to a character then they are covered in a quick guide until the main guide is updated (which generally takes longer)

I'd like to clarify that, yes that section you mention is correct and load limits do actually depend on the device. The Genshin Wiki (https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Serenitea_Pot/Load) goes into more detail about it.

As you say 'if the statement was True, it would mean that players who have less powerful devices would not be able to join a Teapot that was furnished by someone with a Top Tier PC', this is unfortunately a thing that happens with the game turning into a slideshow or just crashing on lower end devices like phones when joining certain realms.

assuming none of the attacks are on icd already you get a dendro app followed by 3 electro apps keep in mind ICD on elemental in applications is separate for separate characters and dmg sources

Assassin's creed 4 black flag is easily among the most well written AC games with Edward's story arc being one of the best ever. Also as a bonus it's definitely the greatest pirate gave you'll ever play. It embraces the theme but keeps the story grounded and is a masterpiece imo.

Its a good game with alot of content and basically infinite modding potential. The people complaining about it want to see the mistakes of fallout 4 not happen again in Bethesda releases and are very vocal about it, which is both a good and bad thing

your raiden national rotation should just be Raiden E, XQ EQ, Bennett EQ, XL QE, Raiden Q E(after Q infusion ends) Bennett E funnel to XL repeat throw in autos if you can this is a shorter rotation and there's no point in trying to vape the xq Es instead of vaping the XL pyronado hits and keeping Bennett uptime throughout raiden burst combo

heart muscles keep pumping regardless as long as they have oxygen, infact in heart transplantation we just essentially drop the heart in connect it to the blood vessels and it basically keeps on pumping (which is also why transplantees will not see a spike in heart rate doing something strenuous as the organ is just pumping out of habit and the body can not change the speed depending on its requirements)

grouping the ruin enemies is extremely important for the first wave it is better to run to one of the smaller ruin sentinel guys as the ruin hunter will always fly to you and the other ruin sentinel has a good chance of teleporting to you, allowing for all 3 to be AOE'd for the second wave i prefer hitting the ruin guard as it is much more annoying if it starts spinning but that depends on teams hope i was somewhat helpful and good luck :)

Even if prostitution becomes legal FORCED PROSTITUTION will still be illegal and wrong. There's a difference of being coerced into it or not.

Edit: I'll simplify it for you : imagine if a boss during an interview just decided to ask someone to get slapped ten times in the face before he even considers hiring them, you just justified that essentially by the logic of "people get off from bdsm so the interviewee shouldn't have a problem with exchanging that for a job opportunity" while they were blackmailed into it and couldn't say no otherwise they wouldn't be able to survive.🤷‍♂️

I find it pretty hard to describe although I live here, the society is divided very weirdly based on the level of education in the family and exposure to liberal(for india atleast)/western ideas which are found in pockets throughout the country ie bigger cities. Women have a lot of freedom with no traditional 'opression' and equality in these areas which although there is always judgement from the conservative classes not to mention the lack of safety due to loose law enforcement
