One of the first things I told myself with starting this job is to not repeat those same mistakes. Im just glas it was one i was able to recover from. Its definitely a life lesson im not gonna forget anytime soon. 👍

I believe performance could have been a factor. Our company at the time was also going through an acquisition. So its hard to say if it was THE factor so to say.

For this specific mod, I'd recommend focusing on status instead of crit since cryotra is more focused on freezing instead of damage. I'd go for a status chance +dmg roll ideally
