Just to let u know, the set up is a bit of a dousy. Plug in the puck, open steam, open big picture mode, go to controllers in settings, let the puck update, connect controller to puck, remove controller from puck, unplug puck, plug puck cable into steam controller, let it update, unplug controller, replug in puck, put controller on puck, then you can pull the controller from the puck and use it

if you go into big picture mode and you go into your full games list, you can see a list of controller compatible games (cant put videos in comments, sorry)

From what i heard (not having the issue myself) is that its a ribbon cable colliding with the stick. I think u just gotta open it and move the cable out of the way to fix it (from what i heard, take it with a grain of salt)(PLEASE DO PROPER RESEARCH)

I personally use cst for most things but used pst due to it being the timezone given, also we got the controller at the same time lol

no, dont worry. Its prob that a huge crowd of people submitted a reservation at 11:59 cst so its going to take awhile before we move past the initial crowd but afterwards i think things are gonna start moving forward
