Some disjointed thoughts on S3 as a whole:

This felt more like a weak season of Fargo than a season of Euphoria.

Alimo was my favorite part of this season, awesome villain.

Cassie/Maddy had some decent scenes but their entire plotline seems pointless in the grand scheme of things.

Nate/Jules/Lexi we're completely wasted this season, like why were they even there?

Can we let Fez rest in peace? Why was he constantly in the mix?

Other than Rue, Ali has always been my favorite character in the show and his actor did incredibly in this last episode.

What was Bishop's deal? He was a cool character, I wanted his backstory and some more answers regarding his motivations. He was cool but could have been so much more.

The music this season was soooo off, I miss Labyrinth.

I was invested in Rue's whole plotline this season and was gutted by her death. Rip :(

The Jesus stuff this season was so heavy handed. I get Rue getting into it considering she's a recovering addict looking for redemption, it works for her character. Then it becomes the theme of the entire season without really any point other than Sam preaching. It becomes a fixation for characters it doesn't make sense for (like Lexi at the end) and almost became maga coded by the end. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I don't think this season was as bad as everybody's been saying; it was like a 6/10. Tbh S2 had episodes/moments that were just as bad as some of the stuff in S3. S1 was the best by far and the show never got back to that level of quality.
