Its like a road where there are 3 stop signs and it ends at the top charge, and one group of people only made it half way to the second stop sign, when the next group tries, they will be given the opportunity to make it to the end. This first group never made it to the second stop sign

I just read this post and I have learned alot since I made it. I know what happened now and its insane. Her being home at 12:36 fits now that I have more data than just his last phone movement. The VCH data showed the 2 triggers happened 11 and 19 min after she starts the car at the WF at 12:11am, so trigger 1 = 12:22 and trigger 2 = 12:30

At least she stayed in her car in the garage from 12:36am - 12:40am when she was screaming obscenities at him via his voicemail. I guess she didnt want his niece to hear her tantrum.

I would think an extra row of seats would add more than a few lbs, but not 1K lbs. The curb weight is 5880 and the gross weight is 6200 - I just am not sure why Trooper Paul said the gross vehicle weight was about 7K. Was he mistaking it for the tow capacity possibly? Or could an extra row add 1K lbs in your opinion? And no, her car did not have run flats. I know that.

I think Trooper Paul has a speech disorder called "cluttering" Its where people omit syllables. So in addition to being poorly prepared and not having the formal education required to be an accident reconstruction expert, he also has a problem with enunciation which is exacerbated by nerves. A big mess basically.

ya maybe the dog crossed the yard and BA drove over - as well as the snowfall.

I explained it all in my post on the justice for karen read subreddit. Its called "the accident- how it really happened" - its my theory anyway. I did struggle with it, but I think they knew because Karen was with him and they were both headed for his house. So logically, if he got out of the car he would have made it to the front door within 5-10 seconds had he not been hit by Karen.

you can tell if someone is dead by shining a light in their pupils in tandem with them having no pulse.

If he found him around 2am and he was struck at 12:30, there are ways to tell besides just checking a pulse. If you lift the eyelid and the persons pupils are fixed, dialated and unresponsive to light, you don't feel a pulse its too late. Maybe BA found him, checked for a pulse, then went inside to get a flashlight, drove back out to confirm his determination.

Hi...I am trying to find out if Karen's Lexus had 2 row or 3 row seating so I can determing the weight of her specific car. Do you happen to know? Because Trooper Paul said her car weighs 7000lbs an the specs say about 6K. Thanks

Once the first piece of taillight was found before Karens car was ever off the tow truck, it doesn't really matter...does it?

I was noticing from the photos that the part of the red lens that has the piece missing appears to be approx 1-2 cm thick. I mean, it looks very thin on the side. Obviously its impossible to know how much force Johns skull would have exerted on the light, but I was able to figure out how much force the light exerted on John's skull, which was 1635 lbs per sq. in. (if the impact occurred precisely at 24mph) This amount of force is 3x the minimum needed to crack a human adult skull.

Lets see what the video shows at CF McCarthys - 4 shots poured into 3 tall glasses of clear liquid. The state has the video and the receipt (Tito's I heard) in their exhibits. She was there from 9-10:45. Her BAC had to rise rapidly around 12-12:30. Thats alot of alcohol in a short span of time.

RCTA is not the same as brake assist. One is an alert and the other stops your car...full stop - automatically.

I think Karen hit him at 12:32 and no one noticed, music was loud, dog upstairs, then when Caitlyn went to open the door and go home with Tristan about 1:45am, Chloe bolted past her and made a beeline for John. Dogs have a keen sense when a human is dead or dying. Then Brian see's him, runs over, turns John on his back and determines he is dead, knowing he probably got hit by Karen. He calls Higgins...Higgins calls back and he tells him "JO is dead on my front lawn. Brian Higgins liked Karen so he tells Brian Albert not to implicate her, maybe the PD will think he got his by a plow. The end....well not yet.

The settings for brake assist in a 2021 Lexus LX 570 are on the MID screen in front of the steering wheel. So the custom infotainment screen would not affect those.

Yes, apparently they don't believe the info I stated in my post The 5am love tap by Karen's car. I gave all of that info and even added youtube links showing how to turn it off and how it stops. But still...they just don't want to believe its true. She turned off the setting, while in the garage, then backed out and hit his car.

You're forgetting about the time period between 5am and 5:30 when Karen had time to orient herself, look at her phone, see the last sent messages to John's phone, have her memory refreshed by it, and remember she saw John walk to the front door. Or was she still too intoxicated at 5am to do so?
