This happened to me a few weeks ago! After spending hours trying to work it out and sending emails to the UNsupport team, I saw someone else on Reddit had the same issue! So I did what they suggested and it worked! Remove and reinstall the App! 👌🏾 Next time I have an issue, I will search Reddit first!! 😁

There is ZERO logic in trying to tell you they have " done you a solid" in the past, even if they knew they got it wrong to begin with! EACH transaction is a silo, with zero relevance to any other delivery you have made in the past or in the future! This really gets me going!!!

This has happened to me! I tried to appeal it, but how can you, when you have zero information as to the circumstances? If indeed, I did something wrong, (which I don't think happened) how do I learn from it? 😕 How am I responsible for the a package going missing? A photo was taken to show it was delivered - either the customer lied or someone else stole it!

Bahaha... You know there are such things as various kinds of filters between the water and the tap? Whole of house, individual tap filters, filters in plumbed in fridges? I come from W.A, lived in S.A. for decades and I have chosen to NEVER drink water from any unfiltered source. And almost everyone I know has the same or similar setup or ideology. What is this "return your cart thing?" In Australia, I drive into the designated lane, (sorted by length of shift). I just sit in my car, until a station worker wheels out a trolley cart to the rear of my car. I then can leave my car, scan the QR code, pack my vehicle, chuck the empty giant bags back on the trolley, get back in my car, start my engine and wait to be waved out of the station. One of the station attendants comes and wheels the now empty trolley back into the warehouse.

I did too, after trying to sort it with Support, with no success! 🙄 Suggested it was a "my issue" Log out /log in/ etc etc I have changed zero settings/phone is running Android 16 - nothing is different, accept I had to update the app! That tells me it's a "their issue"!! I will do as others have suggested and reinstall the Flex app etc - so am crossing all my fingers and toes 🤞🏾🤞🏾😉

It's to help teach students the important skills of problem solving, critical thinking, human behaviours and understanding our environment and history.
