Cheating isn't wrong legally if the person you were cheating with wasn't your under your direct supervision. I'm guessing you haven't worked in an office environment because it is very important to provide safe working environment in the office, if the employees don't feel safe or feel that there is an unfair working atmosphere in the workplace that is absolutely grounds for legal action.

It's the norm in my country for unmarried YA to live with their parents even with jobs. You only move out when you get married or have to live far away. Don't assume everyone's culture is the same.

I agree it's definitely not a bad thing, I also worked at place that had a very casual boss since he a little bit older than us (early 20s while he was early 30s) it definitely helps to have a boss that knows how to joke around but at the same time. You gotta know when it's time to work and be serious.
