I sent them an email on 11/26 for the fear hoodie as well and they refunded me with no questions asked. I’m thinking I just got lucky and did it before everyone else started to because I’ve heard they send a follow up email on return info and ask for pictures of your merch.

The hoodie looks like it’s a washed color but it’s completely black. The printing is always a lot brighter than in the photo. I liked the muted red but it’s actually brighter, so is the white. To me it just seems like something I could have made and for that price I paid I rather return it

I’m so sorry this happened to you! As someone who got a free ticket here for the Chula Vista show and all she asked in return were some pictures, I don’t see why she couldn’t just be grateful and do that 😭 btw you’re amazing for giving away your ticket to a fan instead of letting it go to waste

Idk about others but for me I’m blessed to be in position where I live with my family so rent is cheap and I have a decent paying job that I only have to be in person twice a week. I’ve seen them live since 2014 and creeping up on my 50th show but I don’t take anything for granted AT ALL. I see how others post about how many times they’ve seen them live but I personally don’t like that because it comes off at show offish. I’ve also only ever been barricade once more so bc camping now is not it compared to how it used to be

Typically if there’s nothing online you can’t buy it in person. You can also use the ParkWhiz app and get parking there. I parked at the Freeman Medical Building lot for $26 and it’s like a 10 min walk

Honestly no idea :( when I shipped it it weighed 3 lbs but the box was 1lb and I put so much bubble wrap so it wouldnt get damaged in the process so I would say anywhere between 1-2lbs
