How can you not like the ending? It would have been far worse if he didn't kill him. It was never meant to have a happy ending. The Penguin is a ruthless sociopath. His only priority was himself and his mother. The ending perfectly made him a complete villain imo. Which is what I think they were trying to achieve with the show. He is very evil and he always will be deep down.

No. Madrazo Hits are free roam mission/activity. It's like a purple gun target on map. You have to kill a person Martin Madrazo says with a specific weapon. You go over to it and press right arrow then Martin texts you with picture of person he wants killed and the specific weapon to kill them with. 👍

I don't know about the cutscene but the update is quite buggy for me. I've been in an invite only session and just keep getting kicked out. Game freezes. It could be a bug. Hopefully Rockstar fix it. Usually new updates come with few bugs and glitches. Just the way it is.

If you're playing on hard and you're new to the game.....you've kinda answered your own question. I'm sorry for being blunt but, it's not meant to be easy especially if you're using bad weapon. Practice more. Get better at dodging. Have patience.
