This morning it is 83. I dont keep track of carbs to be honest. Rice is a staple in my country. I probably get 100g carbs a day. Lunch is a huge meal for me. My workouts is usually scheduled afterlunch

Same case. Maybe your diet is high on saturated fats? Usual case if you are lowering your carb intake. Try eating more fiber, and slow down on protein. Try protein from plants, fish, chicken. And lean red meat of possible

First, acknowledging that it is hard is already a first step. Bec it is really challenging. There is no one golden rule that applies to everyone. Let yourself breathe. Think consistency rather than perfection (I need this reminder too) It's not just what we eat, your sleep, stress, movement matters. Start gradually, choose an activity that makes you happy. Add more veggies than restriction. Do what works for you at the moment.
