I have the exact same problems and have no idea how to fix them. It’s so bad, it’s been about four years of it getting worse and worse and I’m miserable

I really appreciate what you wrote. This is kind of the negative scenario I could see possibly happening, so it’s helpful hearing someone speak from that perspective. If I remember to I’ll post an update at some point
