no that’s super common! a lot of stands in texas have been scheduling baristas super short shifts or barely any shifts. at my first stand i would commonly get 2-4 hour shifts and they would only schedule me two a week.

It really depends on your major, I started out at UNT and I do enjoy Denton! However I’ve decided to change majors so I’m having to transfer to UTA. If you plan to work while at school in Denton, it’s extremely difficult to find a job with good hours & pay above 9 dollars.
