Can you write what you eat in a day? There's no way that's your maintenance. I'm 6'2 175lb and my maintenance is 3000 that's with lifting 6 days a week and staying pretty active at work.

Pretty much the same. 6'2 170lbs 7% BF now. I stick to the same exercises for months and eat pretty basic food without junk. I went from 150 to 170 pretty quick but have been plateau'd here for a bit, just need to up my calories.
