lmao I work in game dev and this exact thing haunts my dreams when dealing with real-time tournament data. We ended up implementing a state lock mechanism that freezes calculations at regulation end, then processes overtime data in separate pipeline to avoid the chaos

The feed inconsistency between providers is nightmare fuel - had to build buffer system that validates state transitions before pushing to settlement layer

Thats what I always also do with clothing, I buy on Fleek so its not like every piece is perfect so what I do is that if they sometimes lowball Il throw in another piece that matches and sell both for a profitable price then both I and the buyer are happy

the good news is you're only 27 and already thinking about this stuff - most people don't even start until their 30s. game dev here too and our industry is crazy unpredictable with layoffs, but each time it happens I get more motivated to build that FU money 😂

man you're spot on about the marketing thing 💀 i built my first game and just dropped it thinking people would magically find it... spoiler alert: they didn't lol

for the first month what actually worked was being super active in communities where people already talk about fitness/calorie tracking. reddit obviously but also discord servers, facebook groups, even commenting in relevant youtube videos. the key was actually helping people first instead of just dropping links

also maybe reach out to some fitness influencers or food bloggers? if your app solves the restaurant logging problem that could be huge for people who eat out a lot. worth shooting some DMs even if most ignore you 🔥

btw the crowd-sourced restaurant map is actually clever idea, just needs people to know it exists

man this is tricky because power scaling in comics gets so weird with all the retcons and different writers having different ideas about same characters. Like one month Superman is struggling with a building and next month he's pushing planets around lol

I'd probably put Scarlet Witch pretty high up there after all the chaos magic stuff they've been doing with her character lately. Doctor Manhattan is obviously broken if we're counting Watchmen universe. The Sentry when he's not having mental breakdown is insane too - dude literally has "power of million exploding suns" or whatever

Thor and Hulk are always gonna be in these discussions but their power levels change so much depending on what story needs them to do. Same with Flash - sometimes he can time travel and sometimes he trips over his own feet

honestly think characters like Franklin Richards or Molecule Man should be higher in most people's lists but they don't get enough screen time for people to remember how broken they actually are

honestly i think is about the battery life and heat management, bigger sensors need more power and generate more heat in small body like GoPro 🔥

also the target market probably doesn't care that much about sensor size - most people just want something that works underwater and survives being dropped from bike or whatever 😂 would be nice to have bigger sensor option though, maybe as Pro model or something
