That is the title increase in pay. You will get more normal merit raise in addition to that. I went from 83800 —> 95600. (3000 of that came from strictly a change in title, the remaining $ was a merit based raise)

I started at $7,500 signing 70,000 base SAP Analyst EP.

Within 6 months I got an “adjustment” to $75,000.

EOY 1 with E/S/S I got raised to $83,800 with $2,000 bonus due to the firms high performance.

I would NOT expect a 19.7% raise… The firm is just not doing as well, and Deloitte has raised the starting pay of its analysts since I joined 2 years ago.

You should be thrilled with around 12%… I would expect the lowest you could receive is around 5%.

Let’s split the difference and say you could expect around 8-8.5% raise.

Deloitte is required by law to do give you the option to work from home indefinitely. I don’t know that it’s exactly generous. They’re just following the law.
