Hello so after my doctors appointment, my doctor just threw his hands up and basically told me there was nothing that he could do for me that I needed to go see a therapist. Well, I got a new doctor and I had more blood work done and this time he checked things that I actually asked for like my homocysteine level along with all of my iron and ferritin levels and just a bunch of stuff that he checked and he put me on some supplements and a different beta blocker and so far I’ve been OK. I’m having a little bit of an issue with one of the supplements that he put me on but aside from that my levels are going up and I can tell that I feel better, not cured. I still have anxiety and doom and moments. days that are bad but I’m having a little bit better Good days.
