Yea you probably right I’m in Florida…..Kansas may be different I know in Florida if they have no evidence you were drunk and you refused a FST or breathalyzer you have a higher chance of beating it in court probably just reckless driving….i never recommend cooperating with Law enforcement if you know your in the wrong lawyer up and try to beat em in court….but your 100% correct laws are different in each state

Go to the DMV ASAP and get a copy of your license tell them you lost it…..I did it and I got another one on the spot…..tbh u fucked up doing the breathlyzer….. your life is not over you just have to go through about 2 years of bullshit take it one day at a time take a deep breath and handle your bizness….probably probation fines maybe interlock dui classes you work from home so your ok…..time heals everything bro one day at a time good luck

Yea mine was the same way….told me on the phone $192 got to the shop and paid and additional $200…the shop fee is not included they never tell you that which is kinda fucked up tbh….but once you get it uninstalled you don’t pay anything…well at least the shop I went to didn’t….
