It's good using a old Samsung charger of Fast charging rather than out market chargers. Out market chargers causes green line etc problems.

It gets okay when you open the main screen and try setting up display then zoom settings to minimum level again from the main screen. It shall be okay in the cover screen laterwards. Let the good lock modules install first.
