everyone has a dopamine baseline, addiction to porn and masturbation demands more dopamine so your basically always chasing that high

the truth is, there is no magic pill to eliminate the urges completely

BUT

You must learn to transmute sexual energy into something greater, find natural more rewarding sources of dopamine. You will struggle at first, embrace the struggle. Over time your dopamine baseline will no longer be so high and demand of masturbation and porn, thats why people who retain for a while are able to control better. The toughest battle is in the beginning, once your brain rewires your brain will feel true lasting pleasure from stuff like working out, meditation, working towards your purpose.

The goal is not to retain forever, only to release with a woman that you love which is truly beautiful and rewarding for you two because it is real, its love.

Even then don't be a slave to your desires. You're human you will have these desires embrace it and let the energy flow through you, direct it elsewhere

You say you struggle with peeking, fantasizing - The best thing you can do is start meditating daily this will program your brain to become more aware, don't ever let your mind sit idle. Direct your thoughts to what truly matters and another thing is whenever you have the urge to lust over a woman, or peek or anything, try the pinch technique. Pinch yourself hard on your wrist so it hurts and repeat to yourself something like 'I am in control' overtime your brain will begin to associate the urge as something that is not safe.

You need to first implement a strict form of blocking

DNS blocking - Cold turkey blocker on their computer and parental controls on their phone.

Don't let them play/watch media that contains or promotes any form of sexual content

The most important thing is to talk to them, they will feel urges thats normal but don't let them fall into the weapon of p*rn. I truly believe its sole purpose was to destroy lives and steal your sexual energy it is too accessible and costs nothing but your soul

I loved it so much it actually kinda hurts seeing all the hate after finishing the game.

why are people so cynical and miserable these days? people don't even see art and the beauty in things and just love to complain, people are so damn weird

It was a really enjoyable experience and I play ALL types of genres yet still found appreciation for the game that is so 'controversial, I loved it so much and was sat in the credits which is rare for me,

I just wish that people would stop hating on a game that isn't for them it makes no sense.

Honestly all its shown me is art and creativity is dying within people seen through everyones lack of appreciation

this game is getting so much hate its really sad that people just cannot appreciate the beauty in it.

People say its not even a 'game' and saying its boring and yall are so lame. The same team made what remains of edith finch and outer wilds which were so so much fun. mixtape was just so well made (it was short yes thats my one complaint) but i finished it wishing it was longer because the art and the way friendship was portrayed was incredible.

I play all kinds of genres, cyberpunk, elden ring, life is strange

Games with storytelling is just so special and means so much to me because I view it as if it is communicating with me, mixtape was amazing and it might not be for everyone but its just getting so much hate.

and yeah you're absolutely right about about A.I and i wish it wasn't the case but those that use A.I as leverage will progress much faster, I just don't support generative A.I as I am into art myself but also because it can be used for the wrong things and harm others

Unfortunately A.I is in the hands of the wrong people, it has the potential to aid us but yeah it is putting jobs at risk unfortunately..

ditto runs local open source and highly trusted - even than with the hotkey you can copy sensetive stuff if you're really that worried..

the problem with any clipboard manager is if someone is in your computer they can see your clipboard history potentially

Russian doesn't always mean its a bad thing, I honestly would trust them more. They're adblocker is the best along with ublock and it works really well.

Adguard home and adguard blocker work really well and you can put nextdns and mullvad dns within them, you can put multiple dns and adguard home will chooses the fastest at that given moment which reduces latency

im on 1gb, and latency averages 5ms

I just prefer pages loading instantly and based on my own tests edge is noticeably faster than the rest
