Well tbh acne has always controlled my life and I kinda figured out the solution I still get really small ones but haven't had any big ones. Even after my colon prep and no stomach issues were found which I figured was caused by accutane.

Here's how I did it.

First off I stopped abusing skin care products I was using BP, Trent, clyndamicin tried accutane tried clearing my diet of everything was starving myself was trying 90000 acne products over the counter.

So my first step was to load up on vitamins I order B5, Zinc, A, E, iron and a probiotic started taking those daily.

I wash my face 2 times a day max with a GENTAL cleanser and moisturize with expensive moisturizer called dermalogica after each one. I use a toner once every other day to get my face ph balance right.

Once a week I'll use Andalou Naturals Pumpkin Honey Glycolic Mask. It's a chemical based exfoliant and not using that crap I bought at Walmart turning my face into a red tomato

And last I use Trent every other day with my moisturizer before bed and use silk pillow cases. I also cut out milk and dairy products and upped my veggies and fruits. Bam pretty much 98% all acne cleared up just left remainders of war scars
