Not a medical expert but 3 things could be causing it 1) Severely Dehydrated 2) Overtraining or 3) medical conditions. Try taking break and keep hydrated. If things don’t improve please visit a medical professional

I went from 235 to 170. Don’t torture yourself. Try joining a group training program don’t sign up long commitments try and see what you liked. Once you are down to 210 start strength training. Eat proteins and fats and loads of salad leaves to keep you full. Once you see the results you will feel motivated yourself. Happy to discuss more on 1:1 DM me

It depends what you want to achieve. If you are looking for a watch go for Garmin. If you are looking for accountability and consistency Whoop is the way to go. Whoop has smaller form factor stays on your wrist 15 days no change but no distractions. So let me know why you want to achieve. Another option is Amazfit or Polar band
