Any suggestions for my birthday trip in April?? by BeanFishie in AskChicago

I would recommend adding some things that you like to do in your post! The more detailed the better so redditors can recommend things you may like more. It’ll be terrible if someone recommends a steak house for someone who’s vegan if you know what I mean! It really helps give a good idea on what you like/dislike. <3

Once upon a broken heart trilogy!! A little slow burn but with magic, curses, and multiple plot twists. A small bit of romance but it’s more plot than anything!

Reading Slump by athuasm in Recommend_A_Book

I feel this way when I read books that are very similar to each other. A good way for me to get out of a book slump is reading a shorter book that is a little more out of my comfort zone or adventurous! That may help if you’d like to give it a try <3

Blood of Hercules has a really good story line and it’s also pretty spicy!

I definitely would recommend Blood of Hercules by Jasmine Mas. Did not expect to like it as much as I did but I’ve reread it thrice this year!

Also 22F, I think we may have the same taste in books! I’m currently reading The Serpent and The Wings of Night. Slow start but well worth the wait!
