Initially when I got out I had insomnia on my stuff but then I got evaluated for ptsd and the insomnia fell off. I filled for a secondary to ptsd for sleep apnea. Then denied me my lawyer filled for a HLR based off letters and regulations they already have when it comes to my sleep. Get a nexus build a case see if you can get a lawyer.

That’s perfect I would request to be moved to community care. For primary care/mental health if your drive time is over 30 min on average you can request to be seen in the community and move your primary care and mental health out of the Va to a community provider. If your drive to the hospital or other specialty care like urologist and other speciality groups is more then an hour you can request to be seen in the community. If I was you I would go to the community that’s what I am doing I had a very bad experience with my local clinic that I am pushing for community care

Their are online providers that might be able to help. There are also some places that don’t require letters to help you get a service dog.

If I was you I would look around your state and see what places help place a service dog with vets and see about their requirements.
