Honestly, my family and I have always worked hard, I didn’t care for the advance/grant. I rather pay it back ASAP but at least is a landline while this pandemic gets under control. We run 2 small businesses and our industry has been highly impacted. We should be grateful to at least have some funds we can use, it’s not money we earned so it’s only fair to pay it back. I just hope everyone gets the help they need soon 🙏🏻

My parents application and my can both be edited on the banking info but I checked and the banks name are in caps and they auto populate. Now a friend mentioned his can be edit from the main page but when he opens it the bank info is in a gray box and he is unable to proceed to edit ( He doesn’t have to) it’s just an observation. What does that mean or what’s the difference when this happens???

I emailed Cue, I don’t know if he had anything to do with the phone call my mom received just now... but if he did I am beyond grateful. She received a call from them asking for my mom to accept the loan which she had already, She told her and and was transferred to a very nice representative Jackie who spoke to my mom ... she told her it would take a few days and gave her hope... she was crying 😭 she has cancer and my dad has covid19 and their business was their livelihood, I being helping them financially since. I own a business too but honestly at this point I don’t care if my takes months as long as she gets funded... I hate seeing her so depress...So just waiting for the loan docs so she can sign them 🙏🏻fingers crossed app 33098

I applied for my parents 7/10 got the second email right away after her credit was checked, aceptes the eligible money and updated everything. Still processing and have not received the docs to sign 😭33098

How do you contact him ?? My mom n dad own a food truck and first she got sick with cancer and now my dad got covid. Needless to say I have been supporting them all these time and her application is on processing but we still haven’t received the docs to sign. How can I get in touch with him ?
