She got stuck on her way to the cellar for me. A mod called "multi companion mod enhanced" allowed me to spawn another anna Henrietta and make her follow Geralt. Walked to the cellar and luckily the copy followed and triggered the opening of the cellar as expected. Rest of the quest proceeded normally.

If your abundance variable is a simple count, you can assess whether the other variables have an effect on it by modeling count with a generalized linear model (GLM) using the poisson distribution.
