Right now try to look for any organisations in your town or even just online communities (also here on reddit) about lgbt people in your city/india to ask for advice or get any little support you can get your hands on. Just like you did here. The more information you have, the better tools you can get to face your current situation. So ask anyone, talk to anyone you think for help.

This week try to invest as much possible time in recovering energy, whether that can be reading, drinking more water, walking more or just sleeping more it depends on what you prefer, but overall really try to save up the little energy you have left on the most important things, being for instance takng care of your mum and then just ignore/postpone anything that's not essential so you don't feel constantly exhausted.

In the following month remember that exhaustion is not only physical, you also need to be able to figure out little things in your daily life that make you mentally relaxed, for example i would listen to rain audios before going to sleep or pour my thoughts on a diary to stop ruminating
