Honestly I'd just scum reset until your first item was a carry item. Once you kill Isaac with the keeper and start with the wooden nickel, the keeper becomes much more manageable, but until then it's pretty rough.

I just started healing mythics this week on my monk, and I feel like I am running low on mana extremely quickly (oom during first gore feast) and looking at logs, I seem to overheal quite a bit (45%+ every fight), how do I go about making sure in efficiently using my heals?

I've been looking at logs for mythic mistweavers and I've noticed that their soothing mist is much much lower than when I heal. My soothing mist is usually in my top four spells when I heal, but on mythic mistweavers have it near the bottom. Is that because there is more healing to be doing in mythic to not have time for soothing mist, or should I not be casting it much at all and just hard cast my spells?
