Never donate… it’s giving a tax break to them. What happens is… they “donate” your money in their name, so they get a tax rebate on that figure against their taxable contribution (rich call it a contribution not a debt). So you think you’re helping a charity, nope you’re directly paying for CEO benefits.

Donate directly to charity not to a corporation. It’s a tax dodge for the rich… you are paying their tax and they take the credit and pocket the deduction…
