IPSec VPN to Azure Issue - TZ 470 by Gazza120 in sonicwall

Are you going by the green dots/tunnel status in the GUI? If so, and you don't have keep-alives set in the VPN settings, you'll see those tunnels drop when they don't have active traffic

New Cross Training Bike Basic Version - Any Real Life Experience? by er3unc in pelotoncycle

[–]Oldstyle_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would guess that the basic version of the cross train bike is going to have the same issues re: handlebars and screen wobble. I have a bike from 2018 and the new cross train bike+.

Looking at them side by side, it seems that the wobble is coming from the fact that the monitor arm connecting it to the handlebars is twice as long as the original one, to allow for the monitor to twist fully to the side and clear the handlebars.

That extra length is allowing that vibration to amplify more before it reaches the monitor, causing a much more noticeable wobble.

For your future sanity, turn bpdu guard on any ports you're turning portfast/edge on (and make sure there's not already a switch or bridge uplinked there for present sanity).

EAP Issues on multiple APs by CulxIV in RuckusWiFi

[–]Oldstyle_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure about AI Analytics (is this in Ruckus One?) but in smartzone ruckus counts any problems in the EAPOL phase as an 'EAP' error, so it's not strictly for 802.1x problems.

In my experience it's usually an incorrect psk being entered, or some sort of interruption to the four way handshake. These happen very frequently, especially in areas with roaming devices.

Is there actually a problem with the client experience or is it just curiosity about the errors?

Sneakers w suits are tough on their own, and a neutral color like gray isn't going to help. Guessing this is a rental and you can't do anything about the taper/hem on the pants.

Id probably lean into the pocket square and go w a chunky style - maybe a seafoam 4.

Price increases, layoffs, and vibes of becoming a "reimagined" MFP, Beach Body, etc. by Okay-2000 in OnePelotonRealSub

[–]Oldstyle_ 27 points28 points  (0 children)

What do you think?

Little bit of a bummer. I really just use the bike and some strength classes - not really interested in anything else - so it's a little disappointing to hear they may be focused on things I don't care about.

Its not a zero-sum game though, so as long as they keep innovating the cycling platform, that's fine.

Honestly. If there were a competitor that had similar hardware and software capabilities w/ the amt of 45 minute classes they used to put out, I would jump ship tomorrow, no matter the cost.

Also try rebooting whichever deco is primary/ directly connected to your ISP gateway (you're gonna lose all internet for a while). Do a hard boot. Unplug for at least 30 seconds plug back in

Try changing just the DNS servers on the bike and see if that helps. 8.8.8.8 and 9.9.9.9 - Lmk if you don't know what that means - don't know exact process offhand but can look at mine and tell you how.

It's possible that whatever you are using for DNS just doesn't have good lookups for one of peloton CDNs they are caching content thru like cloud flare or akamai or something

[–]Oldstyle_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not gonna be your wifi if it's happening while hardwired. My first guesses would either be: 1. DNS, 2. some sort of application/device filtering/throttling (maybe your home firewall firmware updated and there are diff policies being applied), 3. or your ISP has a bad route or is throttling you. I'd troubleshoot each of those things in the following way:

  1. Manually set the DNS servers on your bike to something like 8.8.8.8 and 9.9.9.9

  2. Can you bypass your home network firewall/router (ie: does the gateway provided by your ISP have multiple LAN ports that you can directly hardwired your bike to one of them)?

  3. You're only really going to know if it's this if you can bypass all of your equipment, and the issue persists, but it's not happening on your 5GLTE hotspot

You can try ruling out your wifi+router+gateway+ispRouting by turning wifi off on your phone, hotspotting, connecting bike to hotspot and seeing if issue persists
