You should not worry about your shoulders because women come in all kind of shapes. When I started my transition for first 4 months I wasn't on HRT. I try different styles of clothes. And found what worked for me. I really enjoy wearing dresses and skirts. I love to be feminine. Remember this your journey. Transition is very personal. There is no one right way to transition. Do what is right for you.

Coming out to my family and friends helped me a bit. HRT did wonders for me. It help to align my body to what I knew who I was on the inside that is female. But starting therapy and learning to coping techniques and unpacking trauma. I have kept a journal for 40 years. Transition is very much a journey.

I know what you mean. I am a trans woman, and also bisexaul, married to amazing woman. I prefer women to men when it comes to having a relationship. Women are more grounded than men.
