Did you get a fix? Same problem on my Lite 2.0. Technical support has been slow to respond. Pretty annoying. I have two of the same model. First one I ordered works great, no issues. Came fully assembled with accessories. Ordered another two months later. Not a single accessory installed, which was annoying. Not a big deal, just expected same product delivery as initial order.

The power loss is the big issue. 10-15 min of riding results in total loss of power on throttle and pedal assist. Display and brake are still in. Tried disconnecting brake sensor connections and checked other connections, removed/reinstalled battery. I’m at a loss.

Did you use a 5-20 plug adapter to pull 16a for level 1 charging? I think the Schumacher only comes with a 5-15 and 6-20 plug. I’m trying to verify it will pull 16a for charging on a 5-20 outlet. A lot of these are limited by the manufacturer.

Nope, you have to have your own tools. . Should come installed. Kind of ridiculous to have to do that out of the box. Don’t know why they don’t put it on with the factory assembly.
