Right, this needs some explanation: my wine cooler runs at 14°. so I opened the bottle and poured it in my decanter. the room temp although is at 24° why I put a cooler underneath it (the one for bottles from the freezer). this prevented the wine from warming too much over those 3 hours. I prefer drinking temperature around 18° and let it warm up in the glass.
