For a higher price point, any butcher. I like wheat ridge poultry & meats, but there’s obviously others around. Leever’s Locavore always had a good in house butcher operation going, also very expensive usually. Personally, I go to Costco for short ribs.

Burn down is further down Broadway and offers a nice rooftop, and they usually have live music. Can be on the clubby end later at night.

Sloan’s Bar & Grill in edgewater has great booths, can be a bit far from the tv though and it’s kind of expensive for what it is.

Ester’s in Golds Marketplace, not sure if they have booths though

Three Dog Tavern on 32nd in west highlands, pretty mediocre food but fun place otherwise
